- The Supreme Ventures Group respects your concerns about privacy (Supreme Ventures Group means Supreme Ventures Limited and its subsidiaries, and affiliates including but not limited to Supreme Ventures Gaming Limited and its subsidiaries and affiliates respectively).

- Data We Automatically Collect: Like many websites, our websites use cookies to optimize functionality and to give you the best possible experience. We also automatically collect information when you visit our websites such as the IP address of your device, browser type and version, operating system and other software installed on your device and mobile platforms, device’s geo-location.
- Who collects data?
- Personal data is collected by our Customer Service, Finance, Information Technology and Marketing teams.
- How do we use the data?We use your personal data to:
- create customer accounts;
- verify the customers’ identity, to administer the customers’ accounts;
- process and fulfill transactions;
- allow customers to access the Group’s services;
- fulfill regulatory requirements;
- track use of the websites and applications;
- conduct internal research, to market products to customers and to communicate with them;
- improve the Group’s websites, applications, games, promotions, payment systems, amongst other services; and
- improve overall customer experience and ensure compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations.

- Depending on the service provided, data will be shared with the Marketing, Regulatory Compliance, Product Development, Finance and Customer Support teams.

- We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect any information we hold in our records from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. This is done to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your data.

- You can access, modify and delete any personal and other information that is made available to you in your Account or in-app.
- You have rights under Data Protection Act of Jamaica in relation to your personal data. These rights include:
- Right to request access to your personal data.
- Right to request the correction of your personal data.
- Right to request the erasure of your personal data.
- Right to object to the processing of your personal data.
- Right to request restriction of processing your personal data.
- Right to request transfer of your personal data.

- We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for the services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
